补饲不同水平精料对林下生态鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响

文章旨在探究补饲不同水平精料对林下生态鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响,本试验选取山东省菏泽市郓城县某私人养殖场的 80 只土鸡,随机分为 4 组,每组 5 个重复,每个重复 4 只,设置为试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组和试验Ⅳ组,并分别提供 30%,40%、50%和 60%的精饲料,每天早晚各补饲 1 次,连续补饲 21 d,其余时间自由采食。试验结果表明,试验Ⅲ和Ⅳ组生态鸡终测体重、平均日增重和平均日采食量显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0。05),试验Ⅳ组生态鸡的料肉比相较于其他各组显著降低(P<0。05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组生态鸡活重显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0。05),试验Ⅲ和Ⅳ组生态鸡屠体重显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0。05),半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重和腿肌重有提高趋势(P>0。05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组生态鸡的屠宰率显著高于试验I组(P<0。05),试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组生态鸡的全净膛率显著高于试验Ⅳ组(P<0。05),各组半净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率之间无显著差异(P>0。05);试验Ⅲ组和试验Ⅳ组生态鸡肌肉的粗脂肪显著高于试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组生态鸡肌肉的粗灰分、剪切力和失水率显著高于试验Ⅳ组(P<0。05),各组肌肉粗蛋白质含量无显著差异(P>0。05)。综上所述,本试验结果表明,为实现林下生态鸡的健康养殖,需要在养殖过程中补饲精料,可提高林下生态鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能,改善肌肉品质,且在本试验条件下,补饲精料比例为 60%时效果更佳。
Effects of supplementing different levels of concentrate on growth performance,slaughtering performance and meat quality of free range chicken under forest
In order to investigate the effects of supplementing different levels of concentrate on the growth performance,slaughter performance,and meat quality of ecological chickens under the forest,this experiment selected 80 chickens from a private farm in Yuncheng County,Heze City,Shandong Province,and randomly divided them into four groups,which were set as experimental group I,experimental group II,experimental group III and experimental group IV,and provided 30%,40%,50%and 60%concentrated feed respectively,and supplemented them every morning and evening.The experimental results showed that the final measured body weight,average daily gain,and average daily feed intake of ecological chickens in groups III and IV were significantly higher than those in group I(P<0.05).The feed to meat ratio of ecological chickens in group IV was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).The ecological carcass weight of groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ(P<0.05),and the semi-eviscerated weight,full eviscerated weight,chest muscle weight and leg muscle weight had an increasing trend(P>0.05).The slaughter rate of ecological chickens in experimental groups II,III,and IV was significantly higher than that in experimental group I(P<0.05),and the evisceration rate of ecological chickens in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅳ(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in semi-evisceration rate,breast muscle rate and leg muscle rate among the four groups(P>0.05).The crude fat of ecological chicken muscle in groups Ⅲand Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ,the crude ash,shear force and water loss rate of ecological chicken muscle in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅳ(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in crude protein among all groups(P>0.05).In summary,the results of this experiment show that in order to raise the ecological chickens in the experimental forest,it is necessary to supplement concentrate during the breeding process,and the proper proportion of concentrate supplement can improve the growth performance,slaughter performance and muscle quality of ecological chickens in the forest,and the effect is better when the proportion of concentrate supplement is 60%under the conditions of this experiment.
