低蛋白日粮添加复合酶对肉鹅生长性能、养分利用率及肉品质的影响

文章旨在研究低蛋白日粮添加复合酶对肉鹅生长性能、养分利用率及肉品质的影响.试验将 96 只初体质量为(1223.47±30.69)g的 28 日龄健康肉鹅随机分为 3 组,每组 4 个重复,每个重复 8 只.对照组使用低蛋白日粮饲养,低剂量组在低蛋白日粮中添加 0.5 g/kg复合酶;高剂量组在低蛋白日粮中添加 1 g/kg复合酶.结果表明,试验初始,每组肉鹅平均体重差异不显著(P>0.05),饲料添加 1 g/kg复合酶可显著提高肉鹅平均日增重和终末体重(P<0.05).与对照组相比,饲料添加 0.5 和 1 g/kg复合酶代谢能和脂肪利用率显著降低(P<0.05);添加量为 1 g/kg时粗蛋白质和粗纤维利用率显著降低(P<0.05);饲料中添加复合酶对中性洗涤纤维利用率无显著影响(P>0.05).低蛋白日粮中添加 0.5 和 1 g/kg复合酶可显著提升肉的亮度、剪切力(P<0.05),添加量为 1 g/kg时显著提升肉的红度与水分含量(P<0.05);添加复合酶对肉的pH和黄度均无显著影响(P>0.05).总之,在低蛋白日粮中添加复合酶可有效提升肉鹅生长性能、养分利用率,对肉品质的部分指标具有显著影响,在本试验条件下,复合酶最适添加量为 1 g/kg.
Effects of low-protein diet supplemented with compound enzymes on growth performance,nutrient utilization efficiency and meat quality of geese
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of low-protein diets supplemented with compound enzymes on growth performance,nutrient utilization efficiency and meat quality of meat geese.Ninety-six 28-day-old healthy geese with an initial body mass of[(1223.47±30.69)g]were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 8 geese in each group.The control group was fed with low-protein diet,the low-dose group was fed with low-protein diet supplemented with 0.5 g/kg complex enzyme,and the high-dose group was fed with low-protein diet supplemented with 1 g/kg compound enzyme.The results showed that the beginning of the experiment,under the premise that the average body weight of each group was not significantly different(P>0.05),adding 1 g/kg compound enzyme in the diet significantly increased the average daily gain of meat geese(P<0.05);The final body weight of meat was significantly increased when the dosage of compound enzyme was 1g/kg(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,dietary supplementation of 0.5 and 1 g/kg complex enzyme significantly decreased metabolic energy and fat(P<0.05),crude protein and crude fiber significantly decreased when 1 g/kg compound enzyme was added(P<0.05),and feed compound enzyme had no significant effect on neutral detergent fiber(P>0.05).The addition of 0.5 and 1 g/kg compound enzyme in low protein diet significantly increased the brightness and shearing force of meat(P<0.05),and the addition of 1 g/kg significantly increased the redness and water content of meat(P<0.05).The addition of compound enzyme had no significant effect on pH and yellowness of meat(P>0.05).In a word,adding compound enzyme to low-protein diet can effectively improve the growth performance and nutrient utilization of meat geese,and have a significant effect on some indexes of meat quality.Under the experimental conditions,the optimum addition amount of compound enzyme is 1 g/kg.
