本研究旨在探究日粮添加丁酸钠对肉兔生长性能、肠道抗氧化指标及形态结构的影响.试验将 600 只 30日龄断奶仔兔随机分为 4 组,每组 5 个重复,每重复 30 只.试验日粮分别向基础日粮中添加 0.00%、0.05%、0.10%和0.20%的丁酸钠.试验为期 42 d.试验结果表明,与对照组相比,添加 0.1%~0.2%的丁酸钠肉兔终末体重分别显著提高 8.98%和 9.55%(P<0.05),平均日增重分别显著提高 14.41%和 12.71%(P<0.05),平均日采食量分别显著提高 7.26%和 5.80%(P<0.05),料重比分别显著降低 6.24%和 6.13%的(P<0.05).与对照组相比,日粮添加丁酸钠可显著提高肉兔十二指肠CAT活性(P<0.05);日粮添加 0.05%和 0.2%的丁酸钠可显著提高肉兔空肠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05);日粮添加 0.1%的丁酸钠可显著提高肉兔回肠总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化物酶(CAT)活性(P<0.05);此外,日粮添加丁酸钠对肉兔十二指肠和空肠总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性均无显著影响(P>0.05).日粮添加 0.2%的丁酸钠后肉兔十二指肠绒毛高度及V/C值显著高于对照组(P<0.05);日粮添加 0.05%~0.2%的丁酸钠后,肉兔回肠绒毛高度及V/C值均有不同程度的提高(P<0.05);此外,日粮添加丁酸钠对肉兔各肠段隐窝深度均无显著影响(P>0.05).综上所述,丁酸钠能提高肉兔肠道抗氧化酶活性,改善其肠道形态,在本试验条件下,丁酸钠最适添加量为 0.1%.
Effects of sodium butyrate on growth performance,intestinal antioxidant indicators,and intestinal morphology in meat rabbits
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of adding sodium butyrate to the diet on the growth performance,intestinal antioxidant indicators,and morphological structure of meat rabbits.600 30 day old weaned rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 5 replicates in each group and 30 rabbits in each replicate.Add 0.00%,0.05%,0.10%,and 0.20%sodium butyrate to the basic feed as the experimental feed.The experiment lasted for a total of 42 days.The experimental results showed that compared with the control group,adding 0.1%~0.2%sodium butyrate significantly increased the final body weight of meat rabbits by 8.98%and 9.55%(P<0.05),and the average daily weight gain was significantly increased by 14.41%and 12.71%(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake was significantly increased by 7.26%and 5.80%(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio was significantly reduced by 6.24%and 6.13%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,adding sodium butyrate to the diet significantly increased CAT activity in the duodenum of meat rabbits(P<0.05);The addition of 0.05%and 0.2%sodium butyrate significantly increased the GSH Px activity in the jejunum of meat rabbits(P<0.05);The addition of 0.1%sodium butyrate significantly increased the T-SOD,GSH Px,and CAT activities in the ileum of meat rabbits(P<0.05);In addition,adding sodium butyrate to the diet had no significant effect on T-SOD activity in the duodenum and jejunum of meat rabbits(P>0.05).After adding 0.2%sodium butyrate to the diet,the height and V/C value of duodenal villi in meat rabbits were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After adding 0.05%~0.2%sodium butyrate to the feed,the villus height and V/C value of the ileum in meat rabbits were increased to varying degrees(P<0.05);In addition,adding sodium butyrate to the diet had no significant effect on the crypt depth of each intestinal segment in meat rabbits(P>0.05).In summary,sodium butyrate can enhance the antioxidant enzyme activity and improve the intestinal morphology of meat rabbits.Under the experimental conditions,the optimal amount of sodium butyrate added to the diet of meat rabbits is 0.1%.
