Research on fine management of construction cost of feed enterprise from the perspective of cost control
Fine management can help enterprises achieve precise cost control,improve management efficiency,optimize resource allocation,and enhance market competitiveness.Therefore,doing well in refined management can enable enterprises to stand invincible in fierce market competition.Based on this,this article conducts in-depth research on the refined cost management of construction projects in feed enterprises from the perspective of cost control,based on the analysis of the characteristics and functions of the cost management of each link of the feed enterprise construction project,this paper discusses a set of feasible fine management mode and method,in order to reduce the overall cost of feed enterprise construction project and improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the construction project.The results of this study will not only provide strong support for the sustainable development of Feed Enterprises,but also have important theoretical and practical significance for the cost control of the whole feed industry chain.
