摘要

在饲料企业内部,人既是管理对象,又是各种经济业务活动的参与者和控制者.只有坚持人才是第一资源的宗旨,在饲料企业内部树立以人为本的管理理念,才能激发员工的工作积极性和主动性,才能通过人才战略帮助饲料企业适应复杂多变的市场环境.基于此,饲料企业要充分认识到以人为本管理理念在内部管理中的价值,并针对饲料企业内部管理现状提出优化策略,从而实现饲料企业的可持续发展.

Abstract

Within feed enterprises,people are not only the objects of management,but also the participants and controllers of various economic and business activities.Only by adhering to the principle that talent is the primary resource and establishing a people-oriented management concept within feed enterprises can we stimulate the work enthusiasm and initiative of employees,and help feed enterprises adapt to the complex and changing market environment through talent strategies.Based on this,feed enterprises should fully recognize the value of the people-oriented management concept in internal management,and propose optimization strategies for the current situation of internal management in feed enterprises,in order to achieve sustainable development of feed enterprises.
