A study on the problems and countermeasures of employment and entrepreneurship among college students majoring in animal nutrition and feed under the new employment forms
At present,China's feed industry is in a critical stage of industry transformation,with a strong demand for high-tech talents.Affected by the continuous high number of college graduates,the traditional employment situation faced by graduates remains severe,while new forms of employment are flexible and diverse,and have become an active choice for more and more graduates.Under the new employment situation,universities must target the market demand of the feed industry to cultivate talents,in order to meet the employment needs of enterprises and solve the problem of employment and entrepreneurship for college students.This article explores the current situation of employment and entrepreneurship among college students majoring in animal nutrition and feed under the new employment form,sorts out the existing problems,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on this,in order to provide support and assistance for improving the employment and entrepreneurship ability of college students.
