Research on the strategy of cultivating entrepreneurship talents for college students in the feed industry under the mode of school enterprise joint education
The school enterprise joint education model fully leverages the role of enterprises in promoting education reform,and improves the level of higher education and the quality of talent cultivation through deep cooperation between schools and enterprises.In the field of agricultural economy,although the feed industry plays a role in driving the planting and breeding industries,the lack of high-quality talents has become a key factor restricting the sustainable development of the feed industry.Therefore,how to effectively improve the innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability of college students,so that more college students can enter the feed industry for innovation and entrepreneurship,has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved in the school enterprise joint education talent cultivation model.This article first analyzes the advantages of the school enterprise co education model,and proposes corresponding strategies based on the current situation of cultivating entrepreneurial talents for college students in the feed industry,aiming to improve the success rate of college students in entrepreneurship in the feed industry,thereby promoting the high-quality development of the feed industry.
