摘要

本试验采用正交试验优化超声法和闪式提取法提取刺五加中刺五加苷B的提取工艺,并对两种提取方法的最佳工艺进行对比研究.以刺五加苷B的提取率为评价指标,设计L9(34)超声法和闪式提取法的正交试验,以高效液相色谱法测定刺五加苷B的含量.结果显示:超声法提取率高于闪式提取法,最佳提取工艺为提取溶剂30%乙醇,超声功率200 W,提取时间0.75 h,料液比1∶5(g/mL).本研究可为刺五加在饲料领域的开发和利用提供参考.

Abstract

To optimize the extraction process of eleutheroside B from Acanthopanacis senticosi Radix Et Rhizoma Seu Caulis by ultrasound and flash extraction based on orthogonal experiments,and the extraction effects of the two best processes were compared.The extraction rate of eleutheroside B was used as an evaluation indicator and the orthogonal test of ultrasonic method and flash extraction method using L9(34)was designed.The content of eleutheroside B was determined by high performance liquid chromatography method.The results showed that the extraction rate of ultrasound method was significantly higher than that of flash extraction method,the optimum extraction process was as follows:extraction solvent of 30%ethanol,extracting time of 0.75 h,ultrasonic power of 200 W,material-liquid ratio of 1∶5(g/mL).This study could provide references for the development and utilization of Acanthopanacis senticosi Radix Et Rhizoma Seu Caulis in the field of feed.
