Analysis of mineral elements in different protein raw materials
The aim of this experiment was to study the content and distribution of 26 elements such as macroelement, microelement and heavy metal element in different protein raw materials, and analyze the possible causes of their content differences,so as to provide data basis for scientific utilization of different protein raw materials. The composition and distribution of 15 batches of 8 protein raw materials, including chicken meal, fish meal, peanut protein concentrate, soybean protein concentrate, cottonseed protein, bacterial protein, algae meal and insect meal, were systematically analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The experimental data showed that all the protein raw materials contained the tested mineral elements, and the mineral elements contents of different kinds of protein raw materials were significantly different(P<0.05).The content levels of some elements in the same raw materials from different sources were significantly different(P<0.05).The content of single element in protein raw materials was significantly higher than that in other raw materials(P<0.05).Through the analysis of the data results,it was beneficial to popularize the application of new protein feed materials and promote the sustainable development of aquaculture in China.
