饲料中多种脂溶性维生素同步检测方法的应用

维生素是动物日粮中营养成分占比较少,饲料所需的化学结构不同、营养功能也有所差别的一类小分子有机化合物.其中,脂溶性维生素易溶于脂肪及有机溶剂,在饲料中常与脂类共存,摄取不足会导致机体代谢紊乱,摄取过多则在肝脏中贮存引起中毒.因此,对饲料中的脂溶性维生素含量进行测定,以确保动物摄入适量且均衡十分必要.目前,我国对脂溶性维生素都制定了相应的检测标准,但缺乏同步测定的方法.因此,本文就近年来对多种脂溶性维生素的同步检测方法进行综述,以期为其在饲料中的应用与推广提供参考.
Application of simultaneous detection of multiple liposoluble vitamins in feed
Vitamins are a type of small molecule organic compounds that have a relatively small proportion of nutritional components in animal diets,and require different chemical structures and nutritional functions in feed.Among them,fat soluble vitamins are easily soluble in fats and organic solvents,often coexisting with lipids in feed.Insufficient intake can lead to metabolic disorders in the body,while excessive intake can lead to poisoning when stored in the liver.Therefore,it is necessary to measure the content of fat soluble vitamins in feed to ensure that animals consume an appropriate and balanced amount.At present,China has established corresponding detection standards for fat soluble vitamins,but there is a lack of synchronous measurement methods.Therefore,this article reviewed the synchronous detection methods of various fat soluble vitamins in recent years,in order to provide reference for their application and promotion in feed.
