摘要
随着"双循环"新格局的加速形成,饲料企业在国际贸易中的表现逐渐增强,并对种植业、畜牧养殖业的发展起到了积极的推动作用.与国内市场相比,全球饲料市场的竞争越发激烈.而企业之间的竞争归根到底是人才间的竞争,只有立足饲料企业对外贸人才的实际需求,持续打造高质量的饲料外贸人才队伍,才能提高饲料企业在国际市场中的竞争力,进而构建出饲料行业的"双循环"新发展格局.
Abstract
With the accelerated formation of the new pattern of dual circulation,the performance of feed enterprises in international trade has gradually strengthened,and has played a positive role in promoting the development of planting and animal husbandry.Compared with the domestic market,the competition in the global feed market is becoming increasingly fierce.The competition between enterprises ultimately boils down to the competition among talents.Only by focusing on the actual demand of feed enterprises for foreign trade talents,and continuously building a high-quality feed foreign trade talent team,can feed enterprises improve their competitiveness in the international market and build a new development pattern of dual circulation in the feed industry.
