文章旨在研究桑叶提取物对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响.试验将 400 只五黑蛋鸡随机分成 4 组,各组蛋鸡分别饲喂基础日粮+0 mg/kg(Ⅰ组)、100 mg/kg(Ⅱ组)、200 mg/kg(Ⅲ组)、400 mg/kg(Ⅳ组)桑叶提取物,每组5个重复,每个重复20只,试验为期7周.结果表明,(1)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ组料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);Ⅳ组产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05).(2)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位显著提高(P<0.05).(3)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ组蛋鸡血清中葡萄糖含量显著降低(P<0.05);Ⅳ组蛋鸡血清中低密度脂蛋白、葡萄糖含量显著降低(P<0.05).综上所述,在五黑蛋鸡基础日粮中添加 200、400 mg/kg的桑叶提取物可提高蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标,其中添加水平为 400 mg/kg时效果最佳.
Effects of mulberry leaf extract on production performance,serum biochemical indicators and egg quality of laying hens
The purpose of the experiment is to study the effect of mulberry leaf extract(MLE)on the production performance,egg quality and serum biochemical index of laying hens.In the experiment,400 five black laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups.Each group of laying hens were fed with basic diet+0 mg/kg(Group Ⅰ),100 mg/kg(Group Ⅱ),200 mg/kg(Group Ⅲ)and 400 mg/kg(Group Ⅳ)mulberry leaf extract.Each group was repeated 5 times,each group was repeated,and the test period was 7 weeks.The results showed that(1)compared with Group Ⅰ,the egg-laying ratio of Group Ⅲ was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the egg-laying rate of Group Ⅳ was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the egg-to-material ratio decreased significantly(P<0.05).(2)Compared with Group Ⅰ,the color of egg yolk and Hasten identity of Group Ⅲ and Ⅳincreased significantly(P<0.05).(3)Compared with group Ⅰ,the serum content of glucose in group Ⅲ laying hens decreased significantly(P<0.05);the serum of low-density lipoprotein and glucose in group Ⅳ laying hens decreased significantly(P<0.05).In summary,adding 200 and 400 mg/kg mulberry leaf extracts to the basic diet of five black laying hens can improve the production performance,egg quality and serum biochemical index of broilers,of which the addition level is 400 mg/kg.
