From the perspective of the supply chain,feed enterprises are located in the middle of the entire industry chain,mainly responsible for the research and development,production,and sales of feed products.Feed enterprises,along with upstream grain cultivation,downstream animal husbandry,and food processing,jointly constitute the industrial chain from raw material production to final consumption.For feed,although cost savings can be achieved through optimizing internal management,improving processing technology,and other means.But the effect has always been limited,and the root cause lies in the fact that upstream and downstream situations such as grain procurement costs and feed product demand are not controlled by feed enterprises.Therefore,in order to achieve effective cost control,it is necessary to fully integrate the upstream and downstream resources of feed enterprises from the perspective of the supply chain,in order to form a stable and smooth functional network chain structure,and seek cost control and economic benefits maximization of the feed supply chain.
