摘要
沙棘果渣(SBP)是沙棘除去果渣的产物,具有药用和食用双重功能;含有粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、膳食纤维、维生素和黄酮等营养物质;具有抗氧化、降血糖血脂、润肠通便、防治肝脏损伤、缓解肥胖等多种生物学功能.在动物饲料中适量添加,可增强动物机体免疫力,减少疾病发生,有效改善动物生长发育能力以及促进发育繁殖.因此,本文主要对沙棘果渣的营养成分、生理功能、深加工处理方式及制作成绿色功能性饲料在动物养殖中的应用进展进行综述,为沙棘果渣的开发应用提供参考.
Abstract
Sea buckthorn pomace(SBP)is the product of removing the pomace of sea buckthorn,which has both medicinal and edible functions.It contains crude protein,crude fat,dietary fiber,vitamins and flavonoids and other nutrients.It has various biological functions such as antioxidant,blood sugar and lipid lowering,laxative,liver damage prevention and obesity alleviation,etc.Adding it to animal feed in appropriate amount can enhance the immunity of animal organism,reduce the occurrence of diseases,improve the growth and development ability of animals as well as promote the development and reproduction.Therefore,the nutritional composition,physiological functions,further processing and application progress of sea buckthorn fruit into green functional feed in animal breeding were riviewed in this paper,aimed to provide reference for the development and application of sea buckthorn fruit.
