岩藻多糖对羔羊肌肉抗氧化性能和肌红蛋白含量的影响

为探究在代乳粉中添加不同水平的岩藻多糖对羔羊肌肉抗氧化性能和肌红蛋白含量的影响,试验选取24只体重和体况相似,30日龄的健康去势川中黑山羊公羔,并根据同质原则分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只.各组分别饲喂代乳粉和开食料(对照组)及在代乳粉中添加不同水平(0.1%、0.3%和0.6%)的岩藻多糖.预试期7 d,正式期30 d.试验结果表明:(1)0.1%和0.3%组的高铁肌红蛋白(MetMb)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其中0.3%组达极显著水平,降低29.10%(P<0.01);0.1%组肌红蛋白(Mb)浓度显著高于0.3%组和0.6%组(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05).(2)0.3%组、0.6%组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和0.6%组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性极显著高于对照组14.24%、12.72%、21.89%(P<0.01);试验组过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均显著高于对照组29.02%、33.69%、42.26%(P<0.05).(3)0.3%组丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著低于对照组9.84%(P<0.01);试验组肌肉总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)呈上升趋势(0.05≤ P<0.10),并且0.3%组和0.6%组显著高于对照组23.21%、17.86%.综上,代乳粉中添加岩藻多糖能显著提高肌肉抗氧化性能和肌红蛋白含量.此试验条件下,代乳粉中添加0.3%的岩藻多糖最适宜.
Effects of fucoidan on antioxidant activity and myoglobin content of lamb muscle
In order to explore the effects of different contents of fucoidan added to milk substitute powder on the antioxidant function and myoglobin content of lamb muscle.In the experiment,24 healthy castrated Chuanzhong black male lambs of 30-day-old with similar weight and body condition were randomly divided into 4 groups.According to the principle of homogeneity,each group had 6 replicates and 1 lamb per replicate.The control group was fed with milk substitute powder and starter.The experimental group was added with 0.1%,0.3%and 0.6%fucoidan in the basic milk substitute powder respectively.The pre-trial period was 7 days and the formal period was 30 days.The results showed as follows:(1)The content of methemoglobin(MetMb)in 0.1%and 0.3%groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the content of METMB in 0.3%group was significantly decreased by 29.10%(P<0.01);The concentration of myoglobin(Mb)in 0.1%group was significantly higher than that in 0.3%and 0.6%groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference compared with control group(P>0.05).(2)The glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity of 0.3%group and 0.6%group and the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of 0.6%group were significantly higher than those of control group by 14.24%,12.72%and 21.89%(P<0.01);The catalase(CAT)activity in experimental groups was significantly higher than that in control group by29.02%,33.69%and 42.26%(P<0.05).(3)The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in 0.3%group was significantly lower than that in control group by 9.84%(P<0.01);The muscle total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of experimental groups showed an increasing trend(0.05 ≤P<0.10),and the muscle total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of 0.3%and 0.6%groups was significantly higher than that of control group by 23.21%and 17.86%.In conclusion,the addition of seaweed polysaccharide in milk replacer could significantly improve the antioxidant properties and myoglobin content of muscle.Under the experimental conditions,the addition of 0.3%fucoidan in milk replacer powder was the most suitable.
