摘要
甘草(Licorice)是我国北方常见的中草药之一,其根茎为主要的药用部位.甘草含有多种活性成分,包括三萜皂苷类、黄酮类、多糖类、香豆素类、挥发油类以及氨基酸等,这些活性成分在调节机体免疫、抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒等方面表现出重要的作用.甘草及其提取物作为绿色饲料添加剂能够促进动物生长性能、调节机体免疫活性,并提高机体抗病毒和抗氧化能力.因此,甘草及其提取物在畜禽生产中的应用具有广阔的前景.本文综述了甘草及其提取物的主要生物学活性,并探讨了其在畜禽生产中的应用,这不仅为甘草及其提取物在畜禽养殖业中的合理应用提供参考,而且对保障畜禽产品安全,促进生态友好型农牧业发展具有积极作用.
Abstract
Licorice is one of the commonly used traditional Chinese medicinal herbs in northern China,and its roots and rhizomes are the main medicinal parts.Licorice contains various active components,including triterpenoid saponins,flavonoids,polysaccharides,coumarins,volatile oils,and amino acids.These active components play important roles in regulating immune response,anti-inflammatory effects,antioxidant activity,and antiviral properties.As a green feed additive,licorice and its extracts can promote animal growth performance,modulate immune activity,and enhance antiviral and antioxidant capabilities.Therefore,the application of licorice and its extracts in livestock and poultry production holds great potential.This article provided an overview of the main biological activities of licorice and its extracts,as well as their application in animal production.It not only provided references for the rational use of licorice and its extracts in livestock and poultry farming,but also contributed to ensuring the safety of animal products and promoting the development of eco-friendly agriculture and animal husbandry.
