铜对动物脂质代谢影响的研究进展

铜是动物机体必需的营养元素,其以辅基的形式参与体内多种酶(细胞色素氧化酶、铜蓝蛋白、过氧化物歧化酶、赖氨酰氧化酶等)的构成,从而参与生物体的多种代谢过程,影响动物生长发育、造血、免疫等功能.研究表明,添加高铜有助于改善动物生产性能,但会导致体内铜过量蓄积,改变机体代谢,影响体脂合成,与多种疾病的发生发展有关;铜缺乏与人的高胆固醇血症、心血管疾病、非酒精性脂肪肝等多种疾病有密切关系.因此,本文系统地综述了铜在动物体内的代谢,阐明铜对脂质代谢调控和畜禽产品品质的影响,为铜在动物生产中的科学应用提供参考,同时指出铜在未来需要进一步探讨和研究的方向.
Advances in lipid metabolism of dietary copper in animals
Copper is an essential trace element in animals.It participates in the composition of various enzymes in the body(such as cytochrome oxidase,copper blue protein,peroxidase,lysine oxidase,etc.)in the form of co-factors,thus participating in various metabolic processes of organisms,affecting animal growth,hematopoiesis,immunity and other functions.Studies have shown that supplementing animals with high levels of copper can enhance their production performance.However,it can also lead to excessive copper accumulation within the body,altering the organism's metabolism and influencing lipid synthesis.These effects are associated with the occurrence and progression of various diseases.Conversely,copper deficiency is closely linked to several conditions in humans,including hypercholesterolemia,cardiovascular disease,and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Therefore,this article systematically reviewed the metabolism of copper in animal bodies,clarified the influence of copper on lipid metabolism regulation and the quality of livestock products,aimed to provide a reference for the scientific application of copper in animal production.At the same time,it point out the directions for further exploration and research on copper in the future.
