Study on determination of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline in mixed feed additives by UPLC-MS/MS
There residues of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline in mixed feed additives were optimized by UPLC-MS/MS method. The sample was extracted by Na2EDTA-Mcllvaine,purified by solid-phase extraction, eluted with ammonium formate, and then determined on machine. The results showed that oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline detected by this method had a good linear relationship between 2~200 µg/L.The limit of quantity of the method was 20 μg/kg.The average spiked recovery of the blank sample of oxytetracycline was 86.8%~95.5%,and RSD was≤4.5%.The average spiked recovery of chlortetracycline blank sample was 88.1%~94.6%,and RSD was≤4.1%.The method had good repeatability and could be applied to detection of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline residues in mixed feed additives.
