微贮玉米秸秆及其在动物生产中的应用进展

摘要
我国作为农业大国在整个农业生产过程中会伴随有很多秸秆废弃物,玉米秸秆占比最多,通过添加不同的菌剂发酵玉米秸秆可以使木质纤维素得到有效降解,使其成为更有利于动物消化的饲料.发酵玉米秸秆适口性得到极大改善,并且可促进胃肠道发育,提高生产性能,增加广大养殖户和牧场的收入.文章总结了添加菌种发酵玉米秸秆相较于传统青贮秸秆的优势及其在动物生产中的应用效果,以期提高玉米秸秆的转化效率,为其在畜禽养殖业中推广、应用提供重要参考价值.
Abstract
China as a large agricultural country throughout the agricultural production process will be accompanied by a lot of straw waste,corn straw accounts for the most,through the addition of different bacterial agents fermented corn straw so that the indigestible lignocellulose is effectively degraded,so that it becomes more conducive to animal digestion of feed,while improving the palatability of fermented corn straw,promoting intestinal development,improving animal production performance,increasing the income of the majority of farmers and ranches.The article summarised the advantages of adding strains of fermented maize straw compared to traditional silage and its application in animal production,with a view to improving the conversion efficiency of maize straw and providing a scientific basis for its promotion and application in the livestock and poultry farming industry.
