Effects of bacterial enzyme preparations on blood biochemical and immune indexes of lactating cows
The effects of different levels of bacterial enzymes on blood biochemical indexes and immune indexes of lactating dairy cows were analyzed.180 lactating cows with similar parity, lactation days and milk yield were randomly selected and randomly divided into 3 treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 10 cows per replicate, which were divided into control group, study group 1 and study group 2,respectively.Under manual intervention, the cows in the control group were fed a total mixed diet.Study group 1 and study group 2 were supplemented with 15g/head/day and 30g/head/day bacterial enzyme preparations in the total mixed diet, respectively. The results showed as follows:(1)Blood biochemical indexes of study group 2 were higher than those of study group 1 and control group(P<0.05);There were no differences in blood biochemical indexes such as white blood cell count, red blood cell count, platelet and hemoglobin among all groups(P>0.05).(2)Immune indexes:Immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin M,immunoglobulin G and interleukin-10 in study group 1 and study group 2 were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),but there was no difference between study group 1 and study group 2(P>0.05).Tumor necrosis factor α in study groups 1 and 2 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The results showed that adding bacteriase preparation to the whole mixed diet of lactating cows could improve the immune capacity of dairy cows.Under the condition of considering various factors, the optimal dosage of bacteriase preparation was 30g/head/d.
