文章旨在研究桑叶提取物(Mulberry Leaf Extract,MLE)对育肥猪生长性能、肠道组织形态及经济效益的影响.试验将 160 头体重和日龄相近的杜长大育肥猪随机分为 4 组,每组 4 个重复,每个重复 10 头(公母各一半).各组分别采用基础日粮+0、500、1000、1500 g/t的桑叶提取物饲养,并记为MLE0 组、MLEL组、MLEM组、MLEH组.试验为期 40 d.结果:(1)与MLE0 组相比,MLEM组平均日增重显著提高 10.81%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低 8.44%(P<0.05).与MLE0 组相比,MLEL组、MLEH组平均日增重分别提高 6.29%(P>0.05)、7.97%(P>0.05),料重比分别降低 3.69%(P>0.05)、5.54%(P>0.05).(2)与MLE0 组相比,MLEL组、MLEM组、MLEH组十二指肠绒毛高度、绒隐比均显著提高(P<0.05).与MLE0 组相比,MLEM组、MLEH组回肠绒毛高度、绒隐比均显著提高(P<0.05).(3)4 组生猪养殖经济效益分别为 2104.14、2176.03、2489.69、1150.26 元.其中,MLEM组的经济效益最高.结论:育肥猪基础日粮中添加桑叶提取物可提高生长性能,改善肠道组织形态.在考虑饲料成本和养殖经济效益的情况下,桑叶提取物的适宜添加水平为 1000 g/t.
The effects of mulberry leaf extract on growth performance,intestinal tissue morphology,and economic benefits of fattening pigs
To investigate the effects of Mulberry Leaf Extract(MLE)on the growth performance,intestinal tissue morphology,and economic benefits of fattening pigs.160 Duroc fattening pigs with similar body weight and age were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 4 replicates in each group,with 10 pigs in each replicate(half male and half female).Each group was fed with mulberry leaf extracts of basal diet+0,500,1000,and 1500 g/t,respectively,and recorded as MLE0 group,MLEL group,MLEM group,and MLEH group.The experiment lasted for 40 days.Result:(1)Compared with the MLE0 group,the average daily weight gain of the MLEM group was significantly increased by 10.81%(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio was significantly reduced by 8.44%(P<0.05).Compared with the MLE0 group,the average daily weight gain of the MLEL group and MLEH group increased by 6.29%(P>0.05)and 7.97%(P>0.05),respectively,while the feed to weight ratio decreased by 3.69%(P>0.05)and 5.54%(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the MLE0 group,the MLEL group,MLEM group,and MLEH group significantly increased the duodenal villus height and villus to crypt ratio(P<0.05).Compared with the MLE0 group,the MLEM group and MLEH group significantly increased the villus height and villus to crypt ratio in the ileum(P<0.05).(3)The economic benefits of four groups of pig farming are 2104.14 yuan,2176.03 yuan,2489.69 yuan,and 1150.26 yuan,respectively.Among them,the MLEM group has the highest economic benefits.Conclusion:Adding mulberry leaf extract to the basic diet of fattening pigs can improve growth performance and improve intestinal tissue morphology.Considering the cost of feed and the economic benefits of aquaculture,the appropriate level of mulberry leaf extract addition is 1000 g/t.
