Uncertainty evaluation for determining methylmercury in marine fish meal by atomic fluorescence spectrometry coupled with liquid chromatography
In this paper, the uncertainty in the determination of methylmercury in marine fish meal was evaluated by atomic fluorescence spectrometry coupled with liquid chromatography. The sources of uncertainty in the testing process are analyzed and the uncertainty of each component is calculated. The results showed that when the content of methylmercury in seafood powder was 0.670 mg/kg,the extended uncertainty was 0.034 mg/kg(k=2).
