文章旨在研究发酵棉籽粕对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能及胴体性状的影响.试验将 480 羽 22 日龄体重相近的快速型黄羽肉鸡随机分为 4 组,每组 4 个重复,每个重复 30 羽.对照组饲喂玉米~豆粕型基础日粮,其余 3 组分别用10%、20%、30%发酵棉籽粕等氮替代豆粕.试验为期42 d.结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,20%发酵棉籽粕组肉鸡末重、平均日增重显著提高 8.79%(P<0.05)、11.39%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低 9.54%(P<0.05);10%发酵棉籽粕组肉鸡末重、平均日增重提高,料重比降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05).(2)与对照组相比,10%发酵棉籽粕组、20%发酵棉籽粕组肉鸡法氏囊指数、脾脏指数、胸腺指数均显著提高(P<0.05);30%发酵棉籽粕组肉鸡胸腺指数显著提高(P<0.05).(3)与对照组相比,10%发酵棉籽粕组肉鸡全净膛率、胸肌率显著提高(P<0.05);20%发酵棉籽粕组肉鸡全净膛重、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率显著提高(P<0.05).结论:基础日粮中低水平的发酵棉籽粕能提高肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能及胴体性状.在不考虑成本因素情况下,发酵棉籽粕对豆粕的适宜替代水平为 20%.
Effects of fermented cottonseed meal on growth performance,immune function and carcass traits of broilers
To investigate the effects of fermented cottonseed meal on the growth performance,immune function,and carcass traits of broiler chickens.480 22 day old fast type yellow feathered broiler chickens with similar body weight were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 4 replicates in each group,and 30 chickens per replicate.The control group was fed a corn soybean meal based basal diet,while the other three groups were replaced with soybean meal with 10%,20%,and 30%fermented cottonseed meal,respectively.The experimental period is 42 days.The results showed that,Compared with the control group,the 20%fermented cottonseed meal group showed an increase of 8.79%(P<0.05)and 11.39%(P<0.05)in mince weight and average daily weight gain of broiler chickens,while the feed to weight ratio decreased by 9.54%(P<0.05);The 10%fermented cottonseed meal group showed an increase in broiler meal weight and average daily gain,while the feed to weight ratio decreased,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the 10%fermented cottonseed meal group and the 20%fermented cottonseed meal group significantly increased the bursal index,spleen index,and thymus index of broiler chickens(P<0.05);The thymus index of broiler chickens in the 30%fermented cottonseed meal group was significantly increased(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the 10%fermented cottonseed meal group showed a significant increase in the total net bore rate and chest muscle rate of broiler chickens(P<0.05);The 20%fermented cottonseed meal group significantly increased the total net bore weight,total net bore rate,chest muscle rate,and leg muscle rate of broiler chickens(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low levels of fermented cottonseed meal in the basic diet can improve the growth performance,immune function,and carcass traits of broiler chickens.Without considering cost factors,the suitable substitution level of fermented cottonseed meal for soybean meal is 20%.
