A review:The nutritional requirements of red swamp crayfish(Procambarus clarkii)
In recent years,with the cultivation area and production of Procambarus clarkii have been increasing,the production and sales of the special feed of Procambarus clarkii have also significantly increased,thus,the studies of nutritional requirements have also gradually attracted scholastic attention.This paper reviewed the research on the demand of Procambarus clarkii for protein,lipid,carbohydrate,minerals and vitamins,also discussed the effects of these nutrients on the growth and metabolism of Procambarus clarkii,and this manuscript could provide a theoretical basis for improving the nutritional science and developing efficient and environmentally friendly feed of Procambarus clarkii.
