摘要
饲料经微生物发酵后不仅可以提高其营养价值,改善适口性,还可以降低发酵原料中毒素含量、产生有益活性物质等,从而提高肉羊对饲料营养物质消化和吸收,改善肉羊健康水平等,对肉羊产业健康可持续的发展具有重要意义.本文通过综述微生物发酵饲料的概念、常用菌种、发酵效果及在肉羊生产中的应用研究,以期为其在肉羊生产中进一步推广应用及深入研究提供理论基础.
Abstract
After the feed is fermented by microorganisms,it can not only improve the nutritional value and parallelity,but also reduce the content of toxin content of fermentation raw materials,produce beneficial active substances,etc.,thereby improving the digestion and absorption of meat sheep's nutrients,and improving the health level of meat sheep.It is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of the meat sheep industry.This article described the concepts of microorganisms,commonly used bacteria,fermentation effects,and application research in meat sheep production,with a view to providing the theoretical basis for further promotion and application and in-depth research in the production of meat sheep.
