灰树花功能性成分及其生物活性的研究进展

我国拥有较多的食用菌品种,且其为发展现代高效农业的主导产业.灰树花是珍贵的食用菌资源之一,具有很高的药用价值和经济价值,已为世人所重视.近年来,关于灰树花功能性成分的研究主要集中在多糖、酚酸等化学成分,并发现其具有免疫调节,抗肿瘤,抗菌消炎的生物活性.与此同时,灰树花还拥有自身的酶学系统,对食品工业和生物能源有一定作用,在生产实践中具有十分广泛的应用前景.本文具体介绍灰树花的功能性成分,并对其多种生物活性功能进行总结,旨在为灰树花的进一步开发利用提供参考.
Research progress on functional components and biological activities of Grifola frondosa
There are varieties of edible fungi in China,and the edible fungi industry is the leading industry in the development of modern and efficient agriculture.Grifola frondosa is one of the precious edible fungi resources,with high medicinal value and economic value,which has been paid attention to by the world.In recent years,there have been a lot of studies on the functional components of Grifola frondosa,which mainly contain polysaccharides,phenolic acids and other chemical components,mainly polysaccharide compounds,and found that it has the biological activities of immune regulation,anti-tumor,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.At the same time,Grifola frondosa also has its own enzymatic system,which plays a certain role in the degradation of lignocellulose,and has a broad application prospect in production practice.This paper introduced the bioactive components of Grifola frondosa,and summarized various bioactive functions,with the aim of providing a reference for the further development and utilization of Grifola frondosa.
