低蛋白质日粮对肉羊生长性能、肉品质和经济效益的影响

文章旨在探究低蛋白质日粮对肉羊生长性能、肉品质和经济效益的影响.试验以日粮中的粗蛋白质水平为唯一变量因素进行试验设计,试验将 160 只 4 月龄左右均重(32.87±1.24)kg的杜寒肉羊随机分为 4 组,每组 5 个重复,每个重复 8 只.试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组日粮分别在基础日粮基础上降低 0%、1%、2%和 3%的粗蛋白质,试验为期90 d,预饲期 7 d,正试期 83 d.结果表明:降低 3%的粗蛋白质水平组肉羊FBW较对照组显著降低 5.53%(P<0.05);降低 2%和 3%的粗蛋白质水平组肉羊的总增重和ADG较对照组分别显著降低 9.39%和 18.89%(P<0.05);降低 3%的粗蛋白质水平组肉羊F/G较对照组显著降低 24.77%(P<0.05);此外,日粮粗蛋白质水平对肉羊DMI无显著影响(P>0.05).降低 2%和 3%的粗蛋白质水平组肉羊背最长肌L值和b值显著提高(P<0.05);降低 2%和 3%的粗蛋白质水平组肉羊背最长肌a值显著降低(P<0.05);降低 2%和 3%的粗蛋白质水平组肉羊背最长肌解冻和蒸煮损失显著提高(P<0.05);降低 2%和 3%的粗蛋白质水平组肉羊背最长肌剪切力显著提高(P<0.05);此外,日粮蛋白质水平对肉羊背最长肌pH 45 min、pH 24 h和系水力均无显著影响(P>0.05).试验Ⅰ~Ⅳ组日粮单价分别为 2.14、2.06和 2.01 和 1.96 元/kg;计算试验Ⅰ~Ⅳ组饲料成本为 294.85、288.96、278.61 和 273.30 元/只;活肉羊价格为24.72 元/kg,因此,综合计算试验Ⅰ~Ⅳ组毛利润分别为 163.21、155.02、136.44 和 98.24 元.总之,蛋白质水平对肉羊生长及肉质影响极大,降低 1%的粗蛋白质水平对肉羊生长无显著负面影响.
Effects of low protein diet on growth performance,meat quality and economic benefit of mutton sheep
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of low protein diet on growth performance,meat quality and economic benefit of mutton sheep.A total of 160 Duhan mutton sheep with an average weight of(32.87±1.24)kg at the age of 4 months were divided into 4 groups,with 1 group per 5 replicates and 1 replicate per 8 sheep.Crude protein decreased by 0%,1%,2% and 3% on the basis of the basal diet were the diets of trial groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ for 90 days,7 days of pre-feeding,and 83 days of trial.The results showed as follows:FBW in 3% crude protein group was significantly decreased by 5.53% compared with control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the total weight gain and ADG in the 2% and 3% crude protein groups were significantly decreased by 9.39% and 18.89%,respectively(P<0.05).F/G of meat sheep in 3% lower crude protein level group was significantly decreased by 24.77% compared with control group(P<0.05);In addition,dietary crude protein level had no significant effect on DMI of mutton sheep(P>0.05).The L value and b value of longissimus dorsi muscle of meat sheep in 2% and 3% lower crude protein levels were significantly increased(P<0.05);The a value of longissimus dorsi muscle of mutton sheep in 2% and 3% crude protein groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05);The thawing and cooking loss of longissimus dorsi muscle in 2% and 3% lower crude protein levels were significantly increased(P<0.05);The shear force of longissimus dorsi muscle of meat sheep in 2% and 3% crude protein groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);In addition,dietary protein level had no significant effects on pH and water power of longissimus dorsi muscle at 45 min and 24 h(P>0.05).The unit prices of diets in groups Ⅰ to Ⅳ were 2.14,2.06,2.01 and 1.96 yuan/kg,respectively.The feed costs of groupsⅠ to Ⅳ were calculated to be 294.85,288.96,278.61 and 273.30 yuan per head.The price of live meat sheep is 24.72 yuan/kg,so the gross profit of group Ⅰ to Ⅳ of the comprehensive calculation test is 163.21,155.02,136.44 and 98.24 yuan,respectively.In conclusion,the protein level has a great effect on the growth and meat quality of meat sheep,and reducing the crude protein level by 1% has no significant negative effect on the growth of meat sheep.
