文中旨在探究浒苔多糖对生长猪生长性能、肉质品质和肠道消化酶活性的影响.试验将 240 头健康、平均体重(23.62±1.37)kg的杂交(杜×长×大)生长猪随机分为 4 组,每组 6 个重复,每个重复 10 头.试验为期 48 d,试验日粮分别在基础日粮中添加 0、200、400 和 800 mg/kg的浒苔多糖.试验结果表明,与对照组相比,800 mg/kg的浒苔多糖组生长猪FBW显著提高 4.76%(P<0.05),ADG显著提高 7.41%(P<0.05),F/G显著降低7.77%(P<0.05),肌肉 24 h pH值显著提高(P<0.05);日粮添加 200~800 mg/kg的浒苔多糖组生长猪肌肉肌内脂肪含量显著提高(P<0.05);日粮添加 800 mg/kg的浒苔多糖组生长猪肌肉剪切力显著降低(P<0.05);日粮添加 400~800 mg/kg的浒苔多糖组生长猪肌肉大理石花纹评分显著提高(P<0.05).与对照组相比,日粮添加800 mg/kg的浒苔多糖组生长猪空肠胃蛋白酶活性显著提高(P<0.05);日粮添加 400 和 800 mg/kg的浒苔多糖组生长猪空肠脂肪酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),回肠脂肪酶活性显著提高(P<0.05).综上所述,浒苔多糖能提高生长猪肠道消化酶活性和生长猪生长性能,改善肉质,在本试验条件下,浒苔多糖的最适添加量为 800 mg/kg.
The effects of polysaccharides from enteromorpha prolifera on growth performance,meat quality,and digestive enzyme activity in growing pigs
This study aims to investigate the effects of polysaccharides from Enteromorpha prolifera on growth performance,meat quality,and intestinal digestive enzyme activity in growing pigs.240 healthy,average weight(23.62±1.37)kg hybrid(Du)×long×The growing pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 10 pigs per replicate.The experiment lasted for 48 days,and 0,200,400,and 800 mg/kg of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharides were added to the basic diet as the experimental diet.The experimental results showed that compared with the control group,the FBW of growing pigs in the feed supplemented with 800 mg/kg Enteromorpha polysaccharides group was significantly increased by 4.76% (P<0.05);The addition of 800 mg/kg Enteromorpha polysaccharides to the feed significantly increased the ADG of growing pigs by 7.41% (P<0.05);The addition of 800 mg/kg Enteromorpha polysaccharides to the diet significantly reduced the F/G of growing pigs by 7.77% (P<0.05).The addition of 800 mg/kg of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharides to the diet significantly increased the pH value of the muscle of growing pigs at 24 hours(P<0.05);The addition of 200~800 mg/kg Enteromorpha polysaccharides to the diet significantly increased the intramuscular fat content of growing pigs(P<0.05);The addition of 800 mg/kg Enteromorpha polysaccharides to the diet significantly reduced the muscle shear strength of growing pigs(P<0.05);The addition of 400~800 mg/kg of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharides to the diet significantly improved the muscle marbling score of growing pigs(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the group supplemented with 800 mg/kg of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharides significantly increased the protease activity in the jejunum and stomach of growing pigs(P<0.05);The lipase activity in the jejunum of growing pigs was significantly increased(P<0.05)in the group supplemented with 400 and 800 mg/kg of Enteromorpha polysaccharides;The addition of 400 and 800 mg/kg of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharides to the diet significantly increased the lipase activity in the ileum of growing pigs(P<0.05).In summary,the results of this experiment indicate that polysaccharides from Enteromorpha prolifera can enhance the activity of digestive enzymes in the intestines of growing pigs,enhance their growth performance,and improve meat quality.Under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal amount of polysaccharides added from Enteromorpha prolifera is 800 mg/kg.
