Research on performance quality of feed enterprises in supply chain distribution trade contracts
With the intensification of market competition,the supply chain has become the economic lifeline for feed enterprises to maintain operation and development.The reason behind this is that many aspects of feed enterprises,such as raw material procurement,production and processing,marketing,warehousing and logistics,and after-sales service,are all within the functional network structure of the supply chain.How to effectively manage the supply chain and improve the quality of performance in distribution trade contracts has become a major challenge for feed enterprises.Therefore,this article analyzes the performance of supply chain distribution trade contracts from the perspective of feed enterprises,and proposes strategies to improve the quality of performance of feed enterprises based on the four major performance factors,aiming to comprehensively enhance the practical ability of feed enterprises to fulfill supply chain distribution trade contracts and help feed enterprises achieve sustainable development.
