The perfect strategy of feed enterprise incentive system from the perspective of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory
Feed industry is an important part of the development of China's national economy,the long-term development of feed enterprises cannot be separated from the support of talents,and the embodiment of the value of talents is also inseparable from the cultivation of enterprises,the two complement each other,mutual achievement.Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory elaborates people's different needs from five aspects,which is closely related to the improvement of enterprise's incentive system.Therefore,feed enterprises should combine the theory to enrich the content and measures of incentive system,in order to play a role in motivating employees,so that it can better serve the development of enterprises.This paper mainly analyzed the connotation of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,clarified the importance of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in the incentive system of feed enterprises,and the improvement strategy of incentive system based on the theory,in order to lay a solid talent foundation for the high-quality development of feed enterprises.
