摘要
作为农业经济的重要组成部分,我国饲料产业保持持续高增长态势,并一跃成为世界第一大饲料生产国.而在转型升级背景下,饲料产业需要面临引导技术创新和淘汰落后产能的双重压力.为进一步激发饲料产业的新活力,需要从人才供给端入手,通过校企合作的方式注重对大学生的就业创业教育,培养出符合饲料产业实际需求的高素质人才,有效助力饲料全产业链发展.
Abstract
As an important component of the agricultural economy,China's feed industry continues to maintain a high growth trend and has leapt to become the world's largest feed producing country.In the context of transformation and upgrading,the feed industry needs to face dual pressures of guiding technological innovation and eliminating outdated production capacity.To further stimulate the new vitality of the feed industry,it is necessary to start from the talent supply side,focus on employment and entrepreneurship education for college students through school enterprise cooperation,cultivate high-quality talents that meet the actual needs of the feed industry,and effectively support the development of the entire feed industry chain.
