摘要
饲用纤维的化学性质和物理结构为动物肠道细菌创造了独特的"生态位点",从而起到塑造肠道微生物群、影响肠道代谢物组成以及促进胃肠道发育等重要作用.我国竹资源丰富,且竹子生长速度快、产量高,可作为饲用纤维的重要来源改善动物肠道健康、提高生产性能.本文旨在综述饲用竹纤维对畜禽肠道微生物群、胃肠道发育、代谢物组成、肠道抗氧化能力及免疫功能的影响,从而为竹纤维饲料在生猪、家禽、牛羊以及其他动物养殖中的应用和生产性能的改善提供理论参考和新思路.
Abstract
The chemical properties and physical structure of feeding fibers create unique"ecological sites"for the utilization of animal intestinal bacteria,thus playing a vital role in shaping intestinal microbiota,influencing intestinal metabolite composition and promoting gastrointestinal development.Our country possesses abundant resources of bamboo,with a fast growth rate and high yield,which can be used as an important source of feeding fiber to improve intestinal health and production performance.This study aimed to summarize the effects of feeding bamboo fiber on intestinal microbiota,gastrointestinal tract development,metabolite composition,intestinal antioxidant capacity and immune function of livestock and poultry.It may provide theoretical reference and new ideas for the application of bamboo fiber feed and the improvement of production performance in pigs,poultry,cattle,sheep and other animals.
