神丹6号绿壳蛋鸡部分消化器官生长发育规律研究

为探究神丹 6 号绿壳蛋鸡部分消化器官的生长发育规律,本试验通过测定 1~60 周龄肌胃和腺胃的重量,应用Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy模型对肌胃和腺胃重量进行拟合.结果表明:肌胃的最适模型为Logis-tic,模型拟合度R2 为 0.969,对应的拐点重量、拐点周龄和最大周增重分别为 8.85 g、6.86 周和 1.99 g;腺胃的最适模型为Von Bertalanffy,模型拟合度R2 为 0.949,对应的拐点重量、拐点周龄和最大周增重分别为 1.69 g、5.19 周和 0.25 g,体重和肌胃、腺胃间的相关系数分别为 0.813(P<0.01)和 0.868(P<0.01).神丹 6 号绿壳蛋鸡肌胃腺胃的生长发育早于体重,体重变化规律可适当反映肌胃和腺胃的变化规律.
Study on the growth and development regularity of some digestive organs in Shendan NO 6 green shell layer
In order to investigate the growth and development regularity of some digestive organs in Shendan NO.6 green shell layer,the weight of gizzard and glandular stomach at 1~60 weeks were measured.Logistic,Gompertz and Von Bertalanffy models were used to fit the weight of gizzard and glandular stomach.The results showed that the most suitable model for gizzard was the Logistic,the fitting degree(R2)was 0.969,the inflection point weight,inflection point week age and maximum weekly gain were 8.85 g,6.86 weeks and 1.99 g,respectively.The most suitable model for the glandular stomach was the Von Bertalanffy,the fitting degree(R2)was 0.949,the inflection point weight,inflection point week age,and maximum weekly gain were 1.69 g,5.19 weeks and 0.25 g,respectively,the correlation coefficients between body weight and gizzard and glandular stomach were 0.813(P<0.01)and 0.868(P<0.01).The growth and development of gizzard and glandular stomach of Shendan NO.6 green shell layer were earlier than body weight,the changes in body weight could appropriately reflect the changes in gizzard and glandular stomach.
