近红外光谱分析技术在玉米青贮饲料检测中的研究进展

玉米青贮饲料因其丰富的营养物质、适口性好、更长的储存时间等优势,已成为反刍动物不可或缺的基础日粮,青贮饲料品质优劣直接影响反刍动物生产性能.近红外光谱分析技术因其快速、准确、非破坏性等特点,广泛应用于青贮饲料质量的检测.本文基于全株玉米青贮质量分级指数(CSQS)的指标,阐述应用近红外光谱技术构建玉米青贮饲料中的营养指标、发酵指标和安全指标预测模型,及其影响模型构建的关键因素,旨在为牧草建立近红外营养成分参数预测模型提供参考依据.
Research progress of near-infrared spectroscopy in the detection of corn silage
Corn silage has become an indispensable basic diet for ruminants due to its rich nutrients,good palatability,longer storage time,etc.The quality of silage directly affects the performance of ruminants.Near-infrared spectroscopy is widely used in the detection of silage quality because of its fast,accurate and non-destructive characteristics.Based on the index of whole-plant corn silage quality grading index(CSQS),this paper described the application of near-infrared spectroscopy to construct the prediction model of nutritional indexes,fermentation indexes and safety indexes of corn silage,and its key factors affecting the model construction,which was aimed at establishing a near-infrared.The aim was to provide a reference basis for the establishment of near-infrared prediction models of nutrient parameters for forage.
