摘要

构树作为新兴的饲料资源,富含蛋白质、氨基酸、矿物质等营养物质,能提高动物生产性能、降低饲养成本,具有抗炎和抗氧化等功效.青贮发酵能破坏构树中复杂的蛋白质结构,降低中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量,增加水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量,提高反刍动物对营养物质的利用率,改善畜产品品质.本文对构树的营养价值,构树的不同青贮方式及其在反刍动物生产中的应用效果进行综述,以期为构树的开发利用提供理论参考.

Abstract

As an emerging feed resource,paper mulberry is rich in various nutrients such as protein,amino acids,minerals,etc.It can improve animal production performance,reduce feeding costs,and exhibit anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.Silage fermentation can destroy the complex protein structure in paper mulberry,reduce the content of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF),increase the content of water-soluble carbohydrates(WSC),and enhance the utilization of nutrients by ruminants and the quality of livestock products.This paper reviewed the nutritional value of paper mulberry,different silage methods,and the application effect in ruminant production,in order to provide theoretical reference for its development and utilization.
