With the rapid development of the breeding industry,the contradiction of"people and animals competing for food"becomes more and more obvious.The development of spent mushroom substrate which cultivated with mulberry branch has become a new feed resource.This article aimed to analysis the application value of spent mushroom substrate in animal feedstuff,particularly on the nutritional values,the processing treatment methods,the application effect and the existing problems in animals feed,in order to provide reference for feeding utilization of spent mushroom substrates.
