文章旨在研究玉米须多糖对肉兔生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响,试验选取体重相近、体况良好的新西兰肉兔180只,雌雄各半,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复9只肉兔,对照组饲喂基础日粮,玉米须多糖1、2、3 组饲喂基础日粮的同时添加 500、1000、2000 mg/kg玉米须多糖.结果可见,生长性能指标显示,玉米须多糖 2 组较对照组平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);免疫指标显示,玉米须多糖 2 组和 3 组的血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM和白细胞介素-4 较对照组均显著提高(P<0.05);抗氧化指标显示,玉米须多糖 2 组和 3 组的总抗氧化能力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶与对照组相比均显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛显著降低(P<0.05).结果表明,饲料中添加剂玉米须多糖可以提高肉兔的生长性能和抗氧化能力,提高血清免疫球蛋白质水平.本试验条件下肉兔饲料中添加 1000 mg/kg玉米须多糖效果较好.
Effects of corn silk polysaccharide on growth performance,immune function and anti-oxidation ability of meat rabbit
The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of corn silk polysaccharide on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,immune function and anti-oxidation ability of meat rabbit,half male and half female,single factor design,randomly divided into 4 groups,each group set up 5 replicates,each repeat 9 meat rabbits,control group feeding basic diet,corn silk polysaccharide group 1,2 and 3 were fed with basal diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg,1000 mg/kg,2000 mg/kg corn silk polysaccharide.The results showed that the average daily gain and the ratio of feed to weight were significantly increased(P<0.05)and the ratio of feed to weight was significantly decreased(P<0.05)in the two groups,the levels of IgA,IgM and Interleukin-4 in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of serum Glutathione peroxidase and total antioxidant capacity were significantly higher in the two groups than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of MDA were significantly lower in the two groups than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that corn silk polysaccharide could improve the growth performance and anti-oxidation ability of meat rabbit,increase the level of serum immunoglobulin.In this experiment,the effect of adding 1000 mg/kg corn silk polysaccharide into rabbit feed was better.
