复合益生菌对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能及经济效益的影响

文章旨在研究复合益生菌对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能及经济效益的影响.试验将 600 只 22 日龄且体重(439.52±19.23)g的快速型黄羽肉鸡随机分为 4 组,每组 3 个重复,每个重复 50 只(公母各半).参考《黄羽肉鸡营养需要量NY/T3645-2020》配制基础日粮,4 组分别采用基础日粮+0、200、400、600 mg/kg复合益生菌饲喂.试验为期 40 d.结果表明:(1)与 0 mg/kg复合益生菌组相比,400、600 mg/kg复合益生菌组快速型黄羽肉鸡平均日增重分别显著提高 11.32%和 10.40%(P<0.05),料重比分别显著降低 8.63%和 7.91%(P<0.05).(2)与 0 mg/kg复合益生菌组相比,200 mg/kg复合益生菌组快速型黄羽肉鸡血清IgA含量显著提高 23.25%(P<0.05);400、600 mg/kg复合益生菌组快速型黄羽肉鸡血清IgA、IgG含量及法氏囊指数分别显著提高 15.50%和 26.80%(P<0.05)、17.93%和 19.92%(P<0.05)、18.06%和 21.94%(P<0.05).(3)4 组快速型黄羽肉鸡饲养经济效益分别为 1114.13、1248.18、1322.14、1303.77 元,其中 400、600 mg/kg复合益生菌组快速型黄羽肉鸡总增重量、增重效益、饲养经济效益均显著高于 0 mg/kg复合益生菌组(P<0.05).结论:在快速型黄羽肉鸡养殖中,复合益生菌能提高生长性能、免疫功能及经济效益,本试验条件下复合益生菌的适宜添加水平为 400 mg/kg.
The effects of composite probiotics on the growth performance,immune function,and economic benefits of broiler chickens
To investigate the effects of composite probiotics on the growth performance,immune function,and economic benefits of broilers.600 22 day old fast type yellow feathered broiler chickens with similar weight(439.52±19.23g)were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 50 chickens in each replicate(half male and half female).According to the Nutrient Requirements for Yellow Feather Broilers NY/T3645-2020,a basic diet was prepared,and four groups were fed with a basic diet of+0,200,400 and 600 mg/kg of composite probiotics.The experiment lasted for 40 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the 0 mg/kg composite probiotics group,the 400 mg/kg composite probiotics group and 600 mg/kg composite probiotics group increased the average daily weight gain of fast yellow feathered broilers by 11.32% and 10.40%,respectively(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio decreased by 8.63% and 7.91%,respectively(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the 0 mg/kg composite probiotics group,the 200 mg/kg composite probiotics group increased the serum IgA content of fast type yellow feathered broilers by 23.25% (P<0.05);The serum IgA and IgG levels,as well as the bursal index of fast type yellow feathered broilers in the 400 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg composite probiotics groups,were increased by 15.50% and 26.80% (P<0.05),17.93% and 19.92% (P<0.05),18.06% and 21.94% (P<0.05),respectively.(3)The economic benefits of raising four groups of fast yellow feathered broiler chickens were 1114.13,1248.18,1322.14 and 1303.77 yuan,respectively.Among them,the total weight gain,weight gain,and feeding economic benefits of the 400 and 600 mg/kg composite probiotics groups were significantly higher than those of the 0 mg/kg composite probiotics group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the rapid breeding of yellow feathered broiler chickens,composite probiotics can improve growth performance,immune function,and economic benefits.The appropriate level of adding composite probiotics is 400 mg/kg.
