Effects of increased inoculant application on the yield of whole silage maize and the quality of fermented feed in shandong province
This study focused on the analysis of the effects of increased bacterial application on the yield of whole silage maize and the quality of fermented feed in Shandong province.According to the test dose difference increasing microbial groups, fertilization of microbial agents for CK group, increasing 10% microbial agents for T1 group, increasing 20% microbial agents for T2 group, increasing 30% microbial agents for T3 group, after analysis of increasing the amount of different microbial agents on maize yield and quality of fermented feed. The results showed that the pH value of whole corn fermented feed in all treatment groups was below 4.5,and no propionic acid and butyric acid were detected in all treatment groups. The lactic acid content in T3 group was significantly higher than that in the other three groups(P<0.01),NH3-N content was significantly higher than that in the other three groups(P<0.05),and acetic acid content was significantly lower than that in the other three groups(P<0.05).No mold was detected in all groups,no yeast was detected in T2 and T3 groups, and the number of lactic acid bacteria and aerobic bacteria in T3 group was significantly lower than that in other groups(P<0.05).The fresh fruit panicle weight, effective panicle number, fresh weight per panicle and fresh 100 grains weight in T3 group were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).In summary, applying 20% more microbial agent is suitable for planting Zhengdan 958,the corn yield is high, and the quality of corn fermented feed is better, which can be reasonably selected according to the actual planting situation in the region.
