At present,the rural feed e-commerce industry in China is witnessing robust expansion,but it is plagued by a misalignment with the requisite human resources;specifically,there is a dearth of specialized talents in feed e-commerce,insufficient adoption of cross-border e-commerce platforms among practitioners,and a relative weakness in the application of advanced information technology skills.Additionally,there is a pronounced challenge of high employee turnover within the rural feed e-commerce sector.Under the framework of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,tackling the problem of the mismatch between the thriving rural feed e-commerce development and its human resource capabilities,rural governments and feed enterprises should intensify cooperation and direction-setting.This includes initiatives like bolstering the training and attraction of feed e-commerce professionals in rural areas,boosting the capability of rural feed e-commerce practitioners to leverage cross-border e-commerce platforms effectively,and carrying out a comprehensive enhancement of the digital competence among these stakeholders.Moreover,refining the human resource management practices specific to rural feed e-commerce professionals is essential to remedy the prevailing issues and facilitate efficient human resource allocation.
