摘要
随着规模化和集约化水产养殖业的迅速发展,水产养殖动物疾病频发、滥用抗生素、环境污染严重等问题愈加突显.因此,水产养殖领域亟需天然、安全、高效、环保的饲料添加剂.柑橘类植物精油具有多样性、来源广泛、成本低以及无毒副作用等特点,并且可显著改善水产养殖动物健康和促进生长,具有成为新型水产饲料添加剂的巨大潜力.本文综述了柑橘类植物精油的组成、理化性质、生物活性及其在水产饲料中的应用,并展望其发展前景与未来研发方向,旨在为柑橘类精油在水产饲料中的应用研究和示范推广提供参考依据.
Abstract
Large-scale and intensive aquaculture has developed rapidly recent years,however,frequent animal diseases,antibiotic abuse,and serious environmental pollution have become increasingly prominent in aquaculture.Therefore,the natural,safe,efficient,and environmentally friendly feed additives are urgently needed in aquaculture industry.Citrus plant essential oils have the characteristics,wide sources,low cost,and non-toxic side effects,and can significantly improve the health of aquaculture animals and promote growth.They have great potential as a new type of aquatic feed additive and have attracted much attention.This article reviewed the composition,physicochemical properties,biological activity,and application of essential oils from citrus plants in aquatic feed.It also looked forward to the prospects and future research directions,aimed to provide reference for the application research and promotion of essential oils from citrus plants in aquatic feed.
