本试验旨在探究屎肠球菌Ef026 的体外益生特性,挖掘其开发成饲用微生物制剂的潜力.通过对菌株的耐受性、细胞表面特性、抑菌作用、抗氧化作用及药敏试验,全面评价了其体外益生特性.结果显示:屎肠球菌Ef026在pH 3.0 及 0.3%的胆盐浓度下具有良好的耐受性;能够耐受 70℃高温;具有极高的黏附性,其黏附指数为(38.00±1.67)%;对多种畜禽和水产养殖中常见病原菌具有一定的抑制作用;菌株完整细胞能够耐受 2.0 mM H2O2,同时还具有还原能力、DPPH·清除力、·O2-清除力和抗脂质过氧化能力;对常用抗生素具有不同程度的敏感性.屎肠球菌Ef026具有优良的体外益生特性,具有开发成饲用微生物制剂的价值.
Study on the in vitro probiotic properties of Enterococcus faecium Ef026
The aim of this study was to investigate the in vitro probiotic properties of Enterococcus faecium Ef026 and explore its potential as a feed microbial product.The in vitro probiotic properties of this strain were comprehensively assessed through experiments on tolerance,cell surface properties,antimicrobial activity,antioxidant activity,and drug sensitivity.The findings demonstrated that E.faecium Ef026 exhibited good tolerance at pH 3.0 and 0.3%bile salt concentration.It could withstand high temperatures of 70℃and remarkable adhesion ability with an adhesion index of(38.00±1.67)%.And,it had an inhibitory effect on common pathogenic bacteria found in livestock and aquaculture settings.The intact cells of the strain demonstrated resilience against 2.0 mM H2O2,while also possessing reducing ability,DPPH·scavenging ability,and·O2-clearing power and lipid peroxidation inhibition ability.In addition,it showed varying levels of susceptibility to commonly used antibiotics.Overall,E.faecium Ef026 had excellent in vitro probiotic properties and held promise for development into feed microbial products.
