Study on the preparation process and antioxidant activities of multi-strain fermented corn gluten meal feed
In order to improve the utilization rate of corn protein meal feed, corn protein meal and corn germ meal were used as the main raw materials in this study to prepare fermented feed according to the ratio of lactic acid bacteria:yeast:Bacillus subtilis=1:2:3.Taking soluble protein content and lactic acid content as indicators,on the basis of single factor, the solid state fermentation process was optimized using four-factor three-level response surface design. The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions were:fermentation time 121.1 h,fermentation temperature 36.1℃,water content 55.6%,corn gluten meal:corn germ meal:molasses=7:2:1.Under these conditions, the content of soluble protein and lactic acid in fermented feed was 19.96%and 131.5 mmol/L.Total amino acids increased by 13.04%,and protein secondary structure,α-Helix and β-folding ratio increased from 0.561 to 1.072,and the fermented feed had good antioxidant activity.
