甘草茎叶富含糖类、氨基酸、矿物质和维生素等营养成分,可促进动物生长,其饲料具有低成本、高营养、安全性高等优势.甘草饲料的发展不仅能提高养殖业的利润,还能促进甘草的综合利用和种植业的发展,减少资源浪费和环境污染.本文综述了甘草茎叶作为畜禽饲料的价值、生产工艺、问题与展望,为其在养殖业中的应用提供参考,有助于畜牧产业的可持续发展.
Abstract
Licorice stems and leaves are rich in nutrients such as sugars,amino acids,minerals,and vitamins,which can promote animal growth.Its feed has the advantages of low cost,high nutrition,and high safety.The development of licorice feed can not only increase the profits of animal husbandry,but also promote the comprehensive utilization of licorice and the development of planting industry,reduce resource waste and environmental pollution.This article summarizes the value,production process,problems,and prospects of licorice stems and leaves as feed for poultry and livestock,providing reference for their application in the livestock industry and contributing to the sustainable development of the animal husbandry industry.
