The Bacillus subtilis on production performance, slaughter performance and economic benefits of broilers
The controlled experiment was designed to study the effects of Bacillus subtilis on the production, slaughtering and economic benefits of broilers by means of experimental control.A total of 600 1-day-old broilers with similar weight and good health status were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 300 broilers in each group, and 3 replicates were designed in each group, with 100 broilers in each replicate. In the control group, the basal diet was normally fed,and the experimental group added Bacillus subtilis to the basal diet at a dose of 500 mg/kg,and the broilers were fed normally after stirring evenly, and the experimental period was designed to be 42 days.Test results:The experimental group was The average daily gain of broilers in the experimental group increased significantly(P<0.05)and the feed-to-weight ratio decreased significantly(P<0.05),the average daily feed intake and daily gain in the experimental group increased significantly(P<0.05)and the feed-to-weight ratio decreased significantly(P<0.01)at the age of 29-42 days,The average daily gain of broilers increased significantly(P<0.05)and the feed-to-weight ratio decreased significantly(P<0.01)at the age of 29-42 days.Compared with the control group, the slaughter rate,semi-clean chamber rate, pectoral muscle rate and leg muscle rate were significantly increased in the experimental group, and the abdominal muscle rate was the largest. The experimental group could increase the income of each broiler by 0.74 yuan compared with the control group, and the benefit increased by 19.30%year-on-year.In summary,500 mg/kg Bacillus subtilis had the best growth performance and the highest economic benefits for broilers.
