Optimization strategy of incentive mechanism for feed enterprises based on humanized management
With the rapid development of agricultural economy,feed enterprises,as an important axis connecting upstream planting and downstream animal husbandry,have a direct impact on the health of the entire industry chain in terms of their management level.However,in the increasingly fierce market competition environment,some feed enterprises are facing problems such as high employee turnover,low work enthusiasm,and insufficient innovation ability,which seriously restrict the sustainable development of feed enterprises.Therefore,this article analyzes the value of humanized management in the incentive mechanism of feed enterprises from the perspective of humanized management,and proposes optimization strategies based on the current situation of the incentive mechanism of feed enterprises,in order to enhance the management efficiency and market competitiveness of feed enterprises.
