摘要

随着我国饲料总产值的不断增长,饲料企业的市场竞争逐渐加剧,并表现出产品滞销、利润薄弱等问题.在此背景下,饲料企业要想适应激烈的市场环境,还需要深入分析饲料企业竞争加剧的外在表现及深层原因,并从市场营销战略的角度综合考量优势、劣势、机会和威胁,这样才能进一步优化饲料企业的市场营销策略,助力饲料企业的可持续发展.

Abstract

With the continuous growth of China's total feed output value,market competition among feed enterprises is gradually intensifying,and problems such as unsold products and weak profits have emerged.In this context,in order for feed enterprises to adapt to the fierce market environment,it is necessary to deeply analyze the external manifestations and underlying reasons for intensified competition among feed enterprises,and comprehensively consider advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats from the perspective of marketing strategy.Only in this way can feed enterprises further optimize their marketing strategies and help them achieve sustainable development.
