Research on the training strategy of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the feed industry under the background of industry education integration
Under the background of knowledge economy,innovation and entrepreneurship education is of great significance for deepening education reform and solving the employment problem of college students.Especially the high-quality development of the feed industry requires innovation driven strategic guidance.To this end,universities should fully utilize the talent cultivation method of integrating industry and education,build a comprehensive and integrated innovation and entrepreneurship education system,thereby improving the quality of talent cultivation and providing more high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship talents for the feed industry.This article analyzes the role of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in promoting the development of the feed industry from the perspective of industry education integration,and proposes targeted training strategies for innovative and entrepreneurial talents,aiming to solve the shortage of talents in the feed industry from the supply side and smoothly promote the transformation and upgrading of the feed industry.
