摘要

随着市场竞争的日益加剧,饲料企业面临着人才短缺和员工流失等诸多挑战.在此背景下,如何有效地进行人力资源管理,成为饲料企业亟待解决的问题.企业文化作为企业的灵魂,对员工的思想、行为和工作绩效具有深远的影响.因此,本文从企业文化视角出发,分析了企业文化在饲料企业人力资源管理中的作用,并提出了饲料企业人力资源管理的有效策略,力求以高质量的内部管理水平推动饲料企业的可持续发展.

Abstract

With the increasingly fierce market competition,feed enterprises are facing many challenges such as talent shortage and employee turnover.In this context,how to effectively manage human resources has become an urgent problem for feed enterprises to solve.Corporate culture,as the soul of a company,has a profound impact on employees'thoughts,behaviors,and work performance.Therefore,this article analyzes the role of corporate culture in human resource management of feed enterprises from the perspective of corporate culture,and proposes effective strategies for human resource management of feed enterprises,striving to promote the sustainable development of feed enterprises with high-quality internal management level.
