菌酶复合微生物制剂对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、抗氧化功能的影响

本试验旨在通过分析菌酶复合微生物制剂对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、抗氧化功能的影响,为开发有效的饲料抗生素替代方案提供科学依据。试验选取 30 周龄海兰褐蛋鸡 315 只(健康且产蛋率相近),分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组,每组 5 个重复,每个重复 21 只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组分别在基础饲粮中添加0。5、1 g/kg菌酶复合微生物制剂,试验期 56 d,蛋鸡自由采食和饮水。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,菌酶复合微生物制剂组可最大提高 2。47%的平均蛋重和 2。76%的产蛋率,降低 1。97%的料蛋比,且均具有显著性效果(P<0。05),在平均日采食量、不合格蛋率方面差异不显著(P>0。05);(2)与对照组相比,菌酶复合微生物制剂组可最大提高 8。46%的蛋壳强度和 14。29%的蛋壳厚度,且均具有显著性效果(P<0。05),在哈氏单位、蛋黄颜色方面差异不显著(P>0。05);(3)与对照组相比,菌酶复合微生物制剂组可最大提高 4。02%的血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、8。64%的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和 24。39%的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,且均具有显著性效果(P<0。05),在谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)方面差异不显著(P>0。05)。饲粮添加由枯草芽孢杆菌、粪肠球菌、凝结芽孢杆菌和葡萄糖氧化酶配伍组成的菌酶复合微生物制剂能够显著提高蛋鸡的产蛋性能、蛋品质及抗氧化功能,建议 1 g/kg的饲粮添加量,可成为替代饲料抗生素的优选方案之一。
Effects of probiotics and enzyme compound microbial preparations on laying performance,egg quality and antioxidant function of laying hens
Through analyze the effects of probiotics and enzyme compound microbial preparations on laying performance,egg quality,and antioxidant function of laying hens,providing scientific basis for the development of effective alternative feed antibiotics.A total of 315 Hailan brown laying hens of 30 weeks of age(healthy and with similar laying rate)were selected for the experiment and divided into control group,experimental group I and experimental group Ⅱ,with 5 replicates per group and 21 chickens per replicate.Laying hens in the control group were fed basal diet,while the experimental group I and experimental group Ⅱ were respectively supplemented with 0.5 g/kg and 1 g/kg probiotics and enzyme compound microbial preparations in the basal diet.The experimental period was 56 days,and the laying hens were free to eat and drink water.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the probiotics and enzyme compound microbial preparations group could increase the average egg weight by 2.47%and the laying rate by 2.76%maximally,while decrease the ratio of feed/egg by 1.97%,and all had significant effects(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in average daily feed intake and unqualified egg rate(P>0.05);(2)Compared with the control group,the probiotics and enzyme compound microbial preparations group could increase the egg shell hardness by 8.46%and the egg shell thickness by 14.29%maximally,and all had significant effects(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in Haugh unit and egg color(P>0.05);(3)Compared with the control group,the probiotics and enzyme compound microbial preparations group could increase the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)by 4.02%,the activity of catalase(CAT)by 8.64%,and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)by 24.39%maximally,and all had significant effects(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and malondialdehyde(MDA)(P>0.05);Adding a probiotics and enzyme compound microbial preparations of Bacillus subtilis,Enterococcus faecalis,Bacillus coagulans,and glucose oxidase to the diet could significantly improve the laying performance,egg quality,and antioxidant function of laying hens,and it was suggested feed addition of 1 g/kg,become one of the preferred schemes to substitute feed antibiotics.
